History

The home is not present on the 1908 map of Haverford, but is present by 1910. It was first owned by the Groff family, who are listed as its residents on the 1913 atlas. They lived in the home at least as early as 1910, and moved from Llanerch to Bristol in 1913.

In 1911, the Groffs resided in Bradley Beach, NJ for the holidays. They sold the home in 1913 and moved to Bristol, PA. The Petermans lived in the home at least by 1917.
